You have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute about any broken/damaged goods and we will always replace any item free of charge that has been damaged by ourself upon delivery and when we replace them we will take away the damaged goods as sometimes this might be a fault from the manufacturer and something we have to raise a dispute with ourselves. You also have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute on items that you may no longer require or have over ordered, this will then incur a delivery charge subject to where we have delivered the materials to and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return payment, all unwanted/ over ordered items must be untouched and left in its original packaging and fit for resale, especially parishable items such as kiln dry, postmix, cement, and pavefix. Weed membrane’s primary purpose is to keep weeds at bay and is useful for using under any patio, gravel beds or outdoor structures, that needs to stay free of weeds. Weed control fabric is designed to let water pass through the membrane to ensure soil still receives the nutrients it requires.
