Pictures are for illustration purposes only, our range of decorative stones have all been washed or washed and allowed to dry to show the best possible version of it, stones can arrive dusty and dull and there can always be a shade variation from the time the picture was taken to then what stock we have of the product at our yard and also if you order the material at different times (I.e. a month or two apart) this description also applies to all our natural stone paving, artificial grass and concrete products if you are unsure upon ordering feel free to pop in store first and check out our stock.

You have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute about any broken/damaged goods and we will always replace any item free of charge that has been damaged by ourselves upon delivery and when we replace them, we will take away the damaged goods with us as sometimes this might be a fault from the manufacturer and something we have to raise a dispute with ourselves. You also have 3 working days from delivery to raise a dispute on items that you may no longer require or have ordered, this will then incur a delivery charge subject to where we have delivered the materials to and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return payment, all unwanted/ over ordered items must be untouched and left in its original packaging and fit for resales especially perishable items such as kiln dry, post-mix, cement, and pave fix.
